Dr. Maalathi K R is an educationist with more than three decades of experience shaping schools and learning environments across India, Africa, the Middle East, and Australia. Her work focuses on building institutions that combine academic excellence with opportunities for learners and educators to become globally aware and future-ready.

As the Founder of Auuro Educational Services and the Women Educators League, she works across academic innovation, curriculum design, strategic school development, and educational leadership.

K. Ramakrishnan (Ramki)

Senior Managing Director – Strategic Relationships, Spark Capital Advisors

A veteran Indian investment banker with over three and a half decades of experience across corporate finance, capital markets, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions.

As part of Spark Capital’s founding leadership, he has helped grow the firm from an advisory boutique into a leading mid-market investment bank. He also serves on the Governing Council of The Madras Chamber, the Governing Committee of TiE Chennai, and the Executive Committee of The Chennai Angels.
